Prior to my specialist work, my background in brief involved: leading and managing change (National/Local) strategic educational policy change across schools; school governor including chair; workforce training and development (guidance, advice and consultancy to school leaders); widening participation, adult and community learning development (priority neighbourhoods); fundraising management (specialist palliative care); private sector training and partnership management; business development (SMEs) and an FE Lecturer and Section Head (curriculum design and programme leadership) in prominent East Midlands colleges.
